Un jury composé de professionnels reconnus apportera son éclairage aux côtés de nombreux professionnels et amateurs avertis, sur les fromages inscrits au concours.
Feront notamment partie du jury professionnel : François Robin et Pierre Gay, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Fabien Degoulet, champion du Monde et Éric Houlbert, fromager à Issoire depuis 1961.
Vous souhaitez présenter votre production au Concours National ou tenter de rejoindre le jury « amateurs » ? C’est possible !
